Apartments are not bad for the price. Proberty managet is very nice and easy to work with.Maintenance was quick and efficent. There was an issue with the AC. I guess there is new management and employees since 2008.

POOR MANAGEMENT. SHADY. WILL RIPP YOU OFF. PLUMBING ISSUES, MOLD ISSUES. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO RENT FROM THEM. THEY KEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT REGARDLESS. DISRESPECTFUL, UNFRIENDLY. IF YOU READ THIS AND STILL RENT FROM THEM, DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING BETTER THAN WHAT YOU ARE READING HERE .
Not good people to rent from and the apartments aren't nice either. They also have apts in Knoxville and on Montvale Station Rd. Management is poor in my opinion I had a bad experience with them all along and many of my other neighbors all had bad things to say about them. Basically they are disrespectful to all their tenants & look down upon us.
HIGHLY not recommended. Poor Management. Paperthin walls. Plumbing problems. Management will not pay you back your security deposit regardless. Rip off people. Exhuberant pet fee costs etc.
