I am extremely disappointed in the level of service I received from this company. Their failure to deliver on their promises and their complete lack of customer care has left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Unless they make significant changes to their delivery times and customer support, I would advise others to steer clear of this company.
Where can I start? From the beginning to the very end I was extremely happy with Stoneside Blinds. Originally I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for my shades to get installed but it took exactly 5 weeks. Jada did a great job listening to what I wanted and my requests as we looked through swatches and samples, she introduced me to zebra shades :) Alan the installer came out twice! We worked with Tamara and Michael from Stoneside to help us get blinds in our new house. From a design perspective, Tamara was very helpful in providing us the right set of considerations and helping us decide upon what we needed without overselling us on anything we did not need/want. Excellent all-around, from customer service to product to installation.
Great service. Tamara, the interior designer worked with us via Zoom. Together we came up with a design. She was helpful, professional and very kind. Michael did the measurements and installation. It was not an easy job with a lot of heavy drilling. He was punctual, delivered what he promised, courteous, never complained and left the apartment clean. It was a pleasure to work with Stoneside!
