In July, Stoneside measured bedroom windows for blinds. In August, blinds installed, but pull cords were the wrong size. In September, installer arrived to install pull cords, but had been provided the wrong sized pull cords. Five days later, I called Stoneside to ask if and when the correct pull cords would be installed. Stoneside rep told me that our case wasn't in their system, that he had to retrieve it.
