**** was prompt, professional and very helpful. He addressed the problem right away.
Scheduled an in-home consultation with ******. We confirmed the appointment. I sat at home waiting and no call no show. Tried to call Stoneside customer service and they started sending me to voicemail. If you can't get customer service up front I would hate to get an installation done with them. I can see why they have the reviews they have in comparison to the other companies I am comparing them too.
