Michelle was excellent in helping us decide on the right window treatments for each room based on lots of different factors. She even steered us away from choosing a more expensive treatment because it wouldn’t have been right for the room. Steven was awesome in installing all the treatments in less time than estimated. We had our top down/bottom up cellular shades installed today and we love them. They are exactly as we imagined them and look fantastic. Everyone we worked with was very personable & knowledgeable and made the entire experience great. Install was quick and they took the time to teach us how to remove them if needed, how to clean them and basic use and care. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them if you are in the market for new shades.
I would recommend Stoneside to anybody looking for a variety of attractive window blinds or shades. I have purchased transitional shades from them for two homes. The design process is easy and Carrie is great at helping you choose the appropriate blinds (type/color/opacity etc.) for a given room. My most recent consultation/installation occurred during COVID and, even without an in person visit, Carrie was able to use photographs and FaceTime to invision a great look for various rooms in my home.
