I paid $2360.30 for a single motorized custom black solar shade. I ordered them on 8/30/2023. They did not provide the service, were rude and inconsiderate, had poor communication, and I still do not have a refund. Salesperson JW did my consultation in home, took measurements, noted I had a handle to the door to the balcony, and stated it was not going to be a problem for his company to install. We love our new shades - definitely an update to our home. Everyone we did business with at Stoneside was excellent to work with and Ryan was a very conscientious and experienced installer who did an excellent job.

Ryan is extremely skilled at shade installation, and they do look great! They?re the best shades that we?ve ever owned. He explained the installation process to us very clearly, we appreciated the information and the time that he took with us.
