I worked with Miguel for an estimate, and within 5 minutes of arriving he gave me total honesty about my specific flooring situation - which is that polishing my floors will most likely not result in the appearance I’m hoping for. Anyone in my shoes (no experience in flooring options) will understand my appreciation for the info. This indicates to me that this is a company with integrity. Though I won’t be a customer, I recommend them based solely on my estimate appointment experience.
