If you’re considering buying a home from Holt Homes, please read this before signing your closing documents. I genuinely wish someone had warned me. Buying a new home should be exciting. Instead, my experience with Holt Homes has been incredibly frustrating. Newly built nestled in quite suburbs
I bought a home here, and my experience with Holt Homes has been very positive. The home was exactly as advertised, and everything went smoothly. However, one drawback to consider is the HOA, which has not been very helpful. Their communication often comes across as threatening, and their systems and response times could be significantly improved. I would have given 5 stars, but the HOA takes one away. Aside from this, buying a home here has been a good experience overall.
