STAY AWAY PROPERTY OWNERS... Had a horrible experience with this property management company. Grossly overcharged for repairs, was not responsive to emails via 'their', and lastly, owner reports had mathematical errors. Additionally, the owner is condescending and seems to forget that as the Owner of the property, he and his staff work for me. Show some respect! Stones River would be well severed to become familiar with the State of TN's property management laws.
Worst company ever! Run, don't walk. Rented a property through them and lived there for 4 years. We had had great reviews for all the years we lived there for keeping the property in great condition. When we arrived the property was a mess. The family room upstairs was dirty, wet, and stink and nasty. Bugs was all over the place, and some of the closets had filth in them, and a lot more too numerous to mention.
