Terrible business. Never was able to help me and now I’m trying to figure out why they are changing me. I tried to call a year ago to dispute the bill, had to leave a voicemail, and never heard back. A year later, I get another bill charging me double price. I call the number again and no one answered and had to leave another voicemail. By all means use them as your last resort.
I went to Stones River Dermatology and was given two prescriptions. Both of them would be covered by my insurance but the Stones River will not provide a PreAuth to my insurance. I was told they don’t have time to deal with insurance companies on generic prescriptions. Guess it’s time to find a dermatologist who has the time to work with the insurance company.
My appointment was 10:30. At 11:00 they called me back. It is now 11:37 and still have not seen the Dr.
I’ve been going to Dr. Nelson for over 5 years. He is very kind and informative. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient with me and answered all of them I was in and out within an hour. Highly recommend.
Taylor Copeland is very kind, skilled, and knowledgable. She really takes her time with you and explains everything. I highly recommend her for all your dermatology needs!
