This company doesn't even deserve a full star. We used them because we had an extended warranty through Lowe's for our wash machine. They set two appointments and didn't come. Only called one time to say they had no technician to come. When they finally did come, they didn't have supplies to fix the issue and had to use ours. Worst company in Middle TN. Stay as far away as you can. Won't call you back, won't even answer the phone. Called all week every single day and nothing. Going on a month now without our washer being repaired. Worst service of all time.
I had an appointment for repair that was scheduled between 8am and 12pm on a weekday. So I took off work to be there. 11:50 came and no contact or anything. I called and was told they were running behind and would be another 45mins. An HOUR later, still no repair guy or call or nothing. I called back and they couldn’t tell me for sure when they’d be there. Lost a day of pay and all I got was “sorry, would you like to reschedule for a different day?” HELL NO! They need a 0 star option for businesses that deserve it.
If zero stars were available I’d select it. Absolutely the most unprofessional, unorganized cluster of a company I have ever done business with. Bought a brand new GE dryer from Home Depot. It won’t dry. Home Depot said call GE they’ll warranty it. Called GE in October. They said they’d send Stones River Appliance to take care of the problem… I get a call we scheduled a day for the technician to come diagnose the problem.
