Absolutely love this company! Chris and Dawn are such great people and they go above and beyond to please their customer. I have been a customer of theirs for about 10 years and highly recommend them. His son is also entering the business so I love nothing more than to support good family owned and operated business. Thank you again y’all for fixing my stove just in time for my Easter company.

Don’t use this company for anything!!!!!!!!! They are contracted thru Lowe’s for extended warranty repair. They fixed my fridge/ice maker but damaged my sink. I was told by Chris he would buy a new one and told by Dawn after i purchased a new one sent her the receipt now I get no answer. I wish I had read the reviews before allowing them in my house. It’s been over 2 weeks now. If I could give them a fat zero star I would. Please stay away from them by all means they suck…….
It has taken 3 months to get someone out here to fix my appliance. They schedule days without your knowledge and expect you to be home. They showed up at my house while I was at work when I was unaware of their onsite. They never answer the phone. Ally I believe was her name, was rude. I understand parts take time to be ordered and shipped but the part I needed was already in, all while they were waiting for another part to come in that I did not necessarily needed changed out.
