I have not been able to use the freezer part of my refrigerator since then. No freezer no ice. The service tech guy is completely unable to do his job. Total joke! I purchased a warranty on my Maytag stove. 18 months later it stopped working due to the poor install from Lowe’s. Now, one month without a stove and I’m still waiting on parts for my oven! Rude office staff. Michael, the repair guy was nice and polite. Still waiting……,, joke!!!!

Google needs to create a minus star button. Worst “repair” company I’ve ever used. The quotes are on purpose since they should be called a disrepair company. They actually made the problem worse after multiple visits. They actually tried to tell me the damage done would require another call out. Trash company ran by terrible management.
Used Stones River appliance twice for my LG washer. Both times an inexperienced and unsure young technician would tinker around and then say Chris will have to come fix it. The most recent attempted diagnosis and repair was a waste of my time and money. I was charged $180 and as soon as Chris left it wasn’t fixed. Waited a solid month for a part and the wrong part was brought to my home.
