I would NOT recommend this business to do warranty work on your appliances. I used them for a warranty repair on my washer. He came twice and it wasn't fixed. He refused to return. A Company Rep just left my house. My washer is NOW working properly. The 1 star that I left for this business was actually too high.
Technician never showed up for appointment. The lady who answers the phone was extremely rude and lied about the technician coming to the house. She continued making excuses rather than attempting to reschedule.
Five weeks without a washing machine. Still waiting on parts. The first one was apparently not working and the second guy came with only 1 of 3 parts and had no clue about the other parts. They have no clue what they are doing!!
Comes to diagnose our Microwave. Suggests replacing the main board. Charges $800 to order the part. Orders the wrong part. Attempts to replace the part with no luck. Slips out the door while I’m in the back yard. Ghosts me over and over. Leaves me with the main board that was the wrong part. Sign at their office says no refunds on parts. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I was working directly with the owner and if he will do this to me, the whole company is corrupt.
Horrible horrible experience with this so called "business!" Bought a stove from Lowe's and bought additional warranty. One of my burners stopped working. Called Lowe's got stuck with this company. That was july 1st. Technician came and said he needed to order a part. It's July 24th and still not fixed nor a call from them.
