Ordered Wrong Part & Didn’t Fix Machine...Billed $200 I have a double stacked Speed Queen Washer/Dryer. The dryer stopped working with N5 error code flashing. Motor output board needed replaced. (the part was under warranty, but labor wasn’t) Called Stones River Appliance Repair to fix the unit. They were here for no more than 10 minutes requiring $200 up front for diagnostics. This is my first and only review I have ever done. This place is the most unprofessional and incompetent business I have ever worked with. Dawn in the office and Chris the repair man will use the “misunderstanding” or “miscommunication” excuse over and over. Chris, the repair man came and looked at my washing machine and said it needed a part and would take 5-10 business days to receive. After a repair, the hose came off of my washer and flooded my kitchen, ruining a section of my hardwood. At first they seemed like they were going to do the right thing and have it taken care of, but they didn't stand by their word and left us with ruined flooring.
