Comes to diagnose our Microwave. Suggests replacing the main board. Charges $800 to order the part. Orders the wrong part. Attempts to replace the part with no luck. Slips out the door while I’m in the back yard. Ghosts me over and over. Leaves me with the main board that was the wrong part. Sign at their office says no refunds on parts. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I was working directly with the owner and if he will do this to me, the whole company is corrupt.
Horrible horrible experience with this so called "business!" Bought a stove from Lowe's and bought additional warranty. One of my burners stopped working. Called Lowe's got stuck with this company. That was july 1st. Technician came and said he needed to order a part. It's July 24th and still not fixed nor a call from them. Had a problem with my dryer. Lowes warranty sent Stones River Appliance. The arrogant tech that showed up said, “I’ve never seen this problem”. Instead of trying to find the problem and fix it he continued being arrogant and so disrespectful. I told him to leave.
This company works very bad,the technician doesn’t check my dryer,he says need order a part (control board)and this going to take 10 days,after a month the office say they can get the parts,I hired another company and the problem was different ( hired issues).
Do not allow them to service your warranty claim! This 3 week long nightmare started with a call to GE's warranty dept. The first tech Michael was professional and knowledgeable, even figured out what was wrong and got the door to the washer open. However they needed a part....ok, that's fine. Then it began. Michael never showed back up but the owner, Chris did and didn't listen to us as to what Michael found was wrong. He filled our washer with water and locked the door up again.
