I have lived here for several years now and have loved every minute of it. The complex is very quiet, not a lot of traffic, not a lot of noise at all. Staff have been very helpful when it comes to repairs and requests, and just overall is a great place to live. Also have had great luck with having great neighbors as well. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!
Hello everyone, I'm still here 36+yrs. headed toward 40 yrs of living here and love every minute of it. We have new managers now, they are Kelly and Autumn they do a wonderful job of greeting new people into our community and is as beautiful as they are nice. And the maintenance staff are great, they go above and beyond there duties to make everyone happy, stop by and see for yourself. Hello! I had a great experience touring the apartment! Elisabeth was absolutely wonderful and made the whole process feel easy and welcoming. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The tour went really well, and I left feeling very impressed with the property and the overall experience. I truly appreciate Elisabeth’s help and would definitely recommend touring with her!
Relatively quiet, one story, pet friendly, river side apartments, one site maintenance Apartments are small and not up to date though, small pool and laundry mat provided (washer/dryer hook ups provided in each apt but not the washer or dryer) and a small dog park but no other amenities. Overall a good place to live for small families
