Been living here for about 6 years. Kelly the new manager is responsive, friendly, and extremely professional. We were thinking about moving out but decided to renew because of her. We were able to get a lot of stuff fixed and repaired. Shoutout to the maintenance team who are quick and friendly. The rent is a good price compared to other places. Never had any safety issues myself.
