Hello everyone, I'm still here. I've been here now for almost 34 years and I still love it here. Things are going up everywhere but I think we are still the cheapest place to live. Come on by and check us out you won't be sorry. 😘
Lovely area, cheap rent for Murfreesboro but the apartments are way out of date and in disrepair. I had several leaks coming from the baseboards or windows that ruined my furniture and created mold in the apartment. My oven wouldn't heat up and when I had maintenance look at it, they turned it on and said it works, nothing they can do. Never had a working oven there.
Honestly one of the best places I have lived. Sure we had our issues but I can count on 1 hand how many times that happened in the 7 years I was here. The maintenance crew right now is awesome and are always willing to help. We have always felt well taken care of when we needed something looked at. I'll miss this place. Enjoy this place, it's far better than most in the boro.
