It took 10,000 questions over two days and three visits to make up my mind. Through it all Matthew was patient and answered every question I could throw at him. I’m sure he even answered some questions multiple times as I talk so much I often forget what I’ve already asked. Everything went smoothly and painlessly. I didn’t come home with the mower I originally expected to buy (a Bad Boy), but I did come home with the mower that better suited my needs and expectations from what to me is a premium lawnmower.
