I love this shop. Always have new and unique stones and items. Indy is a huge help and one of the nicest people I know.
This shop has a wonderful variety of quality stones. However, my most recent visit left a horrible impression. I found a beautiful specimen, an employee came and told us all about it and while we were waiting to pay this same employee suddenly remembered that piece was “on hold”, and that she forgot if the other customer wanted it or not. So she took it from us and put it in the back. She did not offer a discount, or even a similar replacement.
