Actually do the work and COMMUNICATE with your customers!! They have had my wedding and engagement rings now for two weeks to resize and I can't get anyone to tell me when it will be ready. I had my doubts when I first went in and was ignored for 15 minutes until one of their employees lowered herself to get up from behind her desk and acted like she would rather be ANYWHERE else.
