Highly recommend Stones Crossing Dentistry – Best dental experience you will have! The entire staff is very accomodating, personable to talk to and make you feel extremely comfortable while you are there. Dr. Wilkins is down to earth, and seems to give you his honest opinion. They appear to be have the newest technology, Even a machine that can make your crown in one appointment. Wonderful dental experience. And appointment was on time....
Beware - This Dentist Lacks Integrity – When I moved to Indy I had to find a new dentist and chose Stones Crossing Dentistry. Initially I liked it there. Then last year they sent me a post card for my 6 month cleaning. I called for my appointment and they scheduled me 6 weeks before my actual cleaning was due (unbenownst to me). Since my insurance only covers once every six months I got a bill. Of course I was confused so I called my insurance company to see why they were billing me and they told me I had gone for a cleaning... read more
I personally have not been to see a dentist in 20 years, mostly due to my own fears. I made an appointment at Stones crossing for both my husband and I, and I have to say was really impressed! Their staff were all extremely friendly and polite. I thought for sure I would get a lecture for not going in so long but that wasn't the case. I was very comfortable and everything was explained to me before anything was done (thankfully even after 20 years I had no major problems!!). I have yet to experience any real problems with Stones Crossing Dentistry. The offices are newer and clean. The techs are your ususal bag--ranging in age from just-out-of-school to middle age. Dr. Aaron Wilkins comes in at the end of the exam to glance over your mouth and give you a check up. He appears to be a good dentist and I haven't had anything to complain about in my 6 years as his patient. Dental services - great. Office staff - not so great – Treatments & facilities were nice. Front desk/billing person not so nice. It's possible this person isn't there anymore.
