Putting up flyers in every apartment building to promote leaving good reviews to “enter a Detroit Tigers game ticket contest” seems a little desperate but little do these new people know the issues they signed themselves up for. Gnat/Fruitfly issues (no matter how much you scrub your apartment clean), rent being almost $1400 for outdated appliances, bad management, and inconsiderate neighbors especially the new upstairs neighbor I could mistake for Bigfoot from 11p-3a EVERY. Stoneridge is a nice and quiet community with easy access to the expressway. Makes it easy to get around. Grounds are well maintained and units are fairly updated and nice compared to others in the area.
Yesterday, I toured this place and had an amazing experience. Cherie was incredible, she showed me everything and was very helpful. The place feels warm and welcoming. This has been one of my best experiences, and I can't wait to call this place my home.
Laundry should be included with the amenities. We already have to pay for each other’s water usage, why do we have to pay a total of $15+ every time we need clean clothes? The machines need a big upgrade for how much you guys are charging. They barely dry after the first try and the machines are so small. A 25¢ CONVENIENCE fee added on to $2.35-2.65 depending on the load? And most of the time we have to compete with neighbors to use the machines? What a joke
