4 stars for maintenance and staff. Just new people moving in. And will not abide by the rules. Pick up after yourselves. In the smell of marijuana coming out of apartments is just ridiculous. I don't understand how people can disrespect where they live. Take that mess back to Detroit.
Rent is almost $1300 for outdated appliances and inconsiderate neighbors that make the building reek of marijuana so bad that I have to hold my breath because I have asthma. One of the fire doors has been halfway off the hinges for months. My biggest complaint is how we have to pay for laundry while having the smallest machines and have to battle with multiple people to get our clothes washed. I’ve lived at this apartment complex since September and I genuinely enjoy living here. The management team is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained. I feel safe and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. Rent for a 1 bedroom here is honestly the best deal around. Maintenance also is very fast and effective. Nice quiet community. No complaints.
