My neighbor is the only one with a full lawn of grass. A lot of us is missing a full patch of grass. I was told by the builder it needed time to grow in. Its been six months nothing has sprouted yet. When i did my walkthrough i realized the fireplace was used. It had scratches around the rim and looked to be almost burnt out. When i did my walkthrough the bush in my front lawn was full and flower bed was done properly. On my move-in date my bush was switched out with a dead one and the mulch was kicked out of the flower bed.... read more

The only good experience was our foreman. We had six realtors during our one year build and an extremely rude lady in the office that bad mouthed me to their agents. My clients would never go through this process with whatever the name of their company now is.

Stoneridge was recommended to us as a quality home builder. That may have been true ba k when it was owned by locals. Poor craftsmanship in the house. Simple mistakes that "pass code" andso they will not be fixed because it is conciderd only a convenience to the customer. They pressure you to sign off on incomplete work. Corporate has to make every decision. There is not pride in the work.
