I use to attend this facility and after have multiple fillings fall out of the same tooth they just "fixed" I decided Dr.Pini doesn't know what she's doing. Dr.Pini was treating my parents as well & had sent my father for oral surgery for a root canal on a Friday but FAILED to tell him their office would be closed for the following week so he would be left with a gaping hole in his tooth & unable to get the crown done for a week minimum. I have been a client of Dr. Pini for over 10 years and I am extremely happy with her work and high level of professionalism. She has a great staff and a beautiful office. Highly recommend.

Scheduled an appt. for 6pm and office hours said they were open until 7pm. Arrived at 6 for scheduled appt. and they locked me out. Receptionist not a good listener. Called me twice to confirm appt. after I had already called once to confirm. Has given me grief in the past. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. RUN AWAY! Will be taking business elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional.

Have been going to dentist for many many years. And pretty much had to argue with them to keep me on as a client because I left my job and had coverage threw a government plan. And they willn't take on people with that government plan. And the new lady that they have at the front desk that's been there for about 2 or so years doesn't know how exactly the government plan works. And for a while the dental hygienists where giving me which seems like different stories on how to keep my teeth in tip top shape.
