Khalil provided me with great service and helped me find a nice car for my daily commute at the dealership.
I went there with my family to shop for a car for my son. I asked about if there is any promotion or incentives and I was told Yes. I was directed to speak to the sales manager Fred or Fed. But he was really out of touch of reality, very rude and disrespectful. He didn't want to give me the print outs for the car prices!!! If you don't have any promotions, just in the begginning say so. Don't waste my time or lie. FED OR Fred needs to take customer service class 101 Thxs I will not buy
Worst dealer ever. They initially quoted $12,000 down and $1,190 per month for a lease . We got it for $500 with $0 down. Zero ethics and very poor treatment of customers. Especially Jiana in sales. I suggest try other dealers and stay away from this one.
