We have been here coming on five years. Here is our honest opinion. This is the best apartment that we chose, looking through Escondido, Vista, SM, Rancho Bernardo, and parts of Oceanside. It is a quiet, relaxing atmosphere with wonderful landscaping. Any broken issues in the apartment is immediately dealt with by Angel, who is wonderful to chat with. The office staff is beyond amazing, we send christmas gifts to them. There is a well maintained pool and hot tub(minus Covid), as well as a laundromat(but you can also bring yo... read more
