I recently moved in. There is a bit of a waiting list but it’s to be expected for any decent apartments. Application process was easy enough. Apartment was very nice and clean, exactly what I was looking for as far as area and amenities. Grounds and property is well kept. So far my neighbors seem very friendly. I have enjoyed my stay here at Stoneridge. It is a quiet community where Karen Delinger has made me feel welcomed from the moment I moved in. The maintenance staff is good at taking care of your needs and the grounds people keep the appearance of the community in good condition. The community could use updates to the inside of the apartments/buildings and look forward to hearing about that in the future.
I have lived at Stoneridge Apartments for over four years. Karen(office Manager) has helped me through this time with any maintenance issues I had. Great response from maintenance crew the few times I called. Wonderful property care and good lighting at night with pole lights to illuminate parking spaces.
I recently had an issue and Karen definitely resolved the issue i had the best way possible. She is very understanding and i hope to be back in this community soon .
I feel terrible I forgot to leave a review and it impacted somebody else life. 533 Valley Oak Court is infested with cockroaches There was someone who lived there before me and she left trash, clothes, all kinds of nastiness all over the whole apartment. I saw it as they were cleaning it. I moved in there (stupidly) because I wanted more space from my 2 bed 2 bath. I saw them everywhere when I moved in.
