The worst experience ever. They took money and delivered NO results. I was passed down to the least experienced attorney who showed up for court looking like he just rolled out of bed. He was not prepared at all. Dan initially acted like he was going to deal with the situation, but as time went on he did NOTHING!
Called them over 8 days ago with no call back. I would not recommend calling them.
Do not ever use this attorney. We had a cut and dry real estate case and he took our 1000 retainer to represent us at local magistrate office. He was late first off and then we were dismissed within a second. Apparently we needed to go to mediation first. Did not even know a simple real estate contract. No clue how he’s still practicing.
