Shelly Williams was our leasing agent for the home we rented from Stonepoint Properties beginning October 2024 until May 2026. We enjoyed our time there and can't thank Shelly enough for her professionalism and promptness in answering all calls and requests for repairs. I highly recommend her for all your rental and real estate needs.
I would not recommend this property management company, but if you are using them, know you will be left without keys for your property even though they have been paid for. If your property doesn’t rent immediately they will do no marketing for the property the only recommendation you will get is to reduce your property until it is rented at a below market rate.
So Stonepoint Properties... We were more than disappointed. They were very happy to take our $$$ to manage a property (that already had a tenant); but when the tenant moved out it was too far & too much trouble. I called every week only to hear that no one had inquired about the house. For 3 months! No one?! I don't think so. The rent was only $1200 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath fully renovated home, WITH A STUNNING VIEW. So we canceled our contract with them. It took almost 2 months to get our deposits back.
