Aj was a very kind, helpful, and respectful person. I had trouble with something i shipped and he hopped on the problem immediately and helped out and was solved within an hour.
We had a bad experience with Bruno and have been trying to get a claim paid for over a year. He agreed on a handshake in our shop that we would get reimbursed for our guys to hand polish a whole order of porcelain that all came in scratched. The tile was in slab form and trucked here, and was improperly stored with the face to the back, which caused friction along the way, and the back ground the pattern was scratched onto the face from backside.
