We had a bad experience with Bruno and have been trying to get a claim paid for over a year. He agreed on a handshake in our shop that we would get reimbursed for our guys to hand polish a whole order of porcelain that all came in scratched. The tile was in slab form and trucked here, and was improperly stored with the face to the back, which caused friction along the way, and the back ground the pattern was scratched onto the face from backside. Tile is extremely brittle or has a lot of stress fractures. Wet saw cuts can break if you don't slow it down. The perfect amount of pressure must be applied when scoring and snapping the tile. It's basically wet saw only. I'm not sure what 1st choice material means anymore...
