If you like trash being blown in-front of your sliding door and sitting there for days, or like walking outside and almost stepping on needle syringes, or music blasting from multiple places in an apartment, or opening your front door to putrid smells coming from the hallway, or like speaking to the properties condescending staff. Then this is the place for you! If anyone can tell. I would NOT recommend this apartment to anyone. Worst decision ever.
Expect to pay at least 1k at move out no matter how well you leave it. It's kinda like government $100 lightbulb. And they charged us for carpets even though we used the carpet vender they told us too. No matter what you say they will never lower bill and you are forced to pay whatever ridiculous charges, or you will get bad renters' history, so you are screwed. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND EVER. They are Goldmark 2.0
