I had a wonderful experience with Stone Masters and their amazing work! Dan and his installation team delivered our quartz countertop in speedy time and the fit was perfect. The Calacatta Fioressa by MSI was the right choice for my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much Dan and team! I highly recommend this company. Don't be fooled by their unassuming little shop on Caledonia, just go in!
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Stone Masters. Dan is incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and his entire team are absolute experts in their field. I was designing this project remotely, but Stone Masters handled every challenge that came up with ease and grace and did a beautiful job.
The reason for 3 stars: The pre-sale and installation experience is fantastic. Everyone working at Stonemasters is very knowledgeable and straightforward. There is never a sense that they're trying to tell you something that's not true for the sake of making a few more dollars. The measurement and installation were perfect. HOWEVER - less than 3 months after installation, the countertop chipped at edges, and not from some kind accident with a heavy metal object, but a light porcelain plate barely touching it.
