The carpeting wrinkled and they refused to help us without charging a lot to try to fix it. There is still a problem with the carpeting in less than two years.

Use a real contractor. Awful customer service. Flooring looks like TRASH in less than two years. They are no help. They DO NOT stand behind their work.
