Pros...nice area, close to shopping, nice looking apartments outside and in, pool and work out room is great Cons...overly priced and rent just went up again, neighbors not too friendly, had my car broken into twice, gate rarely works, maintenence men are helpful but takes a while for them to actually come out. I realize they have a lot of work but two weeks to replace a few light bulbs is a bit much. It was the worst experience we ever had! The staff are the most people I've ever seen in my life! We got out of the lease sooner, so we paid them $3000!!!! Okay! That's what it is, (however the other office managements wouldn't do that, even in Houston) then, they started to send us bill for water and trash every month until the last day! They had rent our apartment out and tried to get money from the both side I suppose! We cleaned the apartment fully, wash the carpets, paint the wall but they took our deposit for that too!... read more
Shout out to that gate... it determines if you're worthy of leaving or entering...
Well keep clean and nice view. Maintenance is on top when you called for service, except some management aren't responding when you sent an email.
I work her , and I must say there are some awesome people that work there also !! :-) very nice apartment and kept extremely clean :-)
why is it poor because the office management is liking something they're very dishonest and they terrific liars need I say more. email me and i will .
