I’ve always believed in not judging a business solely on the quality of the product, but how they handle situations in those rare occurrences when mistakes happen. There was a small cut error on a portion of the Quartz countertop and they without question cut a new Quartz countertop from a new slab and returned within days to install. Couldn’t be happier with the quality and professionalism and will certainly use Stonelab in the future.
