RecommendedAmazing place for a family vacation! Access to a private beach at the lake. The sand in the water is smooth with very few rocks. Kids love this place! And they also rent cottages for longer stays from September through May.
I spent many years at Stone Hurst cottages back in the 60's and 70' as a child. It's some of my best memories of my childhood. I am a grandmother now and would love my children and grandchild to see where my I spent my summers and how happy I was. They are many updates since my time. Yet I can go back and remember how it was. Great place to go on vacation. :-)
We love it here. Great for adults and little ones alike. Cottages are rustic and well-maintained. The view and sunsets are glorious.
Great place for boating. We canoe and kayak along the lake often.
