San Ysidro Ranch is undeniably one of the most beautiful dining venues I’ve experienced. The setting is breathtaking, and the service is truly exceptional. We came in October 2025 and had our socks knocked off here, dinner was so amazing. We had to come back in March, and had another amazing dinner better than any since our last visit. The cocktails are brilliant: complex but approachable, from the Smoke Margarita to the house Old Fashioned. We settled on the fresh Halibut and the Acorn Squash Agnolotti (photo).
