We had a great experience working with Naoki. He did multiple inspections for us during the home buying process and was extremely thorough and pleasant each time. He explained everything very well and gave us lots of helpful tips as first time homeowners. The report was very easy to comprehend, especially as someone who is not very well-versed in home maintenance, and I appreciated the pictures as the inspection process can be overwhelming with all of the information. Would highly recommend!

Steve and his team do great inspections. They are comprehensive and efficient in their work. The added bonus is that Steve walks the clients through every aspect of the inspection so they begin to understand how the mechanicals operate and what kind of ongoing maintenance is necessary.
