I am a local mortgage broker and I refer all of my clients who are purchasing a home to Steve Gladstone at Stonehollow. He is by far the most knowledgeable home inspector I've come across. He doesn't only inspect the home but he also takes the time to educate buyers about the in's and out's of how their home works. Steve and his team do great inspections. They are comprehensive and efficient in their work. The added bonus is that Steve walks the clients through every aspect of the inspection so they begin to understand how the mechanicals operate and what kind of ongoing maintenance is necessary.
