I tried to get my mom into Stonehenge for rehabilitation and was denied, which is absolutely fine. What I’m not okay about is being lied to about it. Taking care of my mom while her health declined and all the phone calls I’ve had to make to various doctors and insurance simultaneously has been incredibly draining both physically and mentally. Hands down the best SNF I've ever been a part of!
The staff and care at this facility are truly amazing. My mom stayed here for a week while recovering from a leg fracture, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness and support she received. The staff was not only attentive and compassionate but also focused on helping her regain strength and prepare for her return home.
