We had the best experience moving in. Johnny (the superintendent) and his team are the best. We would highly recommend Stonehenge.
It’s a nice building but I am beyond frustrated with Derrick Johnson who is the “property manager.” He denies and dismisses nearly every single issue that I point out, refusing to even investigate. He doesn’t show up at times he says he is going to come up to look issues. He falsely claims issues have been looked into, when they haven’t. He has me go in circles about issues by telling me to talk to the super, who then defers me back to him. He abdicates and denies any and all responsibility for issues that come up. Deceptive and unprofessional company! My American citizen boyfriend was required to fill out an application being Argentina, not being a resident, and delaying his ability to rent the apartment. On Friday they kept asking me to complete it, I did it and on Saturday they told us that unfortunately another person spoke filled out the application before us, no small fact, each person who fills out the application has to pay for it. all very murky and misleading. careful!

Incredibly unprofessional leasing office. 16+ days since the lease ended and no notice of when our security deposit will be returned. Geraldine in the billing department has completely ghosted us for 5+ days. They had promised the money would be paid back after 14 days but now I’m left in the dark.
