Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Everyone knows they are the best around! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. My brother came to Stonehedge after a long stay in a hospital. He had bed sores that had almost healed. Stonehedge was one of only two area facilities that had a wound-vac which would promote healing. The wound-vac beeped every half hour (indicating a malfunction) for a week. His bed sores became infected. The nursing staff put topical antibiotics on it. He made an appointment with his doctor who took one look and admitted him to the ICU. He died one week later from an untreatable infection that had infiltrated to hi bones.
