New to the complex but have already had a great experience with the maintenance staff. Andy responded quickly to our concerns at move in and gave us a small rundown on the unit features. Shout out to Andy, he is the man!
After four property managers in 3 years, I didn't think this place could get worse. Boy was I wrong. The New management (Dietz specifacally Sandra Chase). She likes to send FAKE and threatening cease and desist emails to threaten her tenants. Instead of taking care of tenants issues. She might be the rudest person I've ever interacted with in my life. Left many messages over several months and they never returned one single phone call. By the way as to their response-- yea they sent many advertisement emails, but as I said--not ONE return phone call. Cant you pick up a phone and dial a number? Email is not communication in my book, especially when I asked them many times to "CALL" me back, not send me a stupid email ad!!!
Maintenance is prompt to respond to service requests and the manager Sandy is quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have. This apartment complex has come a long way in short order. Keep it the good work!
New Maintenance and management have really stepped up. They're responsive, friendly, and do what they say they're going to do!
