$30 application fee, $50/mo extra for HAVING A COSIGNER, and utilities included but arbitrarily not included in the price. $8 for a load of laundry. Apartments look good and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, but corporate will nickle and dime you in the worst ways possible.
Recently purchased by another group who have renamed the complex bayit apartments. Bayit is a Hebrew word which roughly means " home ". The new owners so far have been terrific, they seem to really make you feel like your place is home. Many improvements have been made so far including a brand new laundromat and one of the buildings is undergoing a complete remodel.
Stonehaven has been a great first apartment experience! The office was super helpful from the begining after touring the apartments. The office staff is super responsive to emails and calls and does a nice job providing notices for work being done in and around the apartments. They have online rent payment which is a bonus as well as pet friendly options! Overall would definitely recommend for the rent price, location (close to the university and downtown) and the reliable management team!
Wonderful place to stay, everyone is very friendly and helpful.
