UPDATE 12/03/2024 We have received a few payments however they still have OPEN INVOICES from a year ago! Once they pay in full. If you are a vendor, I would think twice about providing services. Being over a year, we have came out of pocket to ensure our patrol officers were paid. I have lived here eight months the Sewer backs up into my apartment every other month. The company does little than nothing to clean up the mess and still has not fixed the problem. even happened again last night. I was told when I moved in that my closet doors were on back order. Now I've been told 5 different times that they've ordered them again. Still have no closet doors now. Have orange fungus growing out of the wall. They tried to plaster it over to cover it up. I am absolutely impressed and thrilled with my new apartment .its perfect .all new stainless steel appliances,new floors,no roaches,no mold, great neighbors,perfect..and all of the lady's in the office were so sweet. they are so nice and very professional ..only issue is ..they never answer the phone . Or emails.

If you’re thinking about moving in here DONT worst managment I have ever experienced can’t get a hold of anyone by email they never anwser the phone close at whatever hours they want to my a/c has been broken on and off for months was told I would be getting a new unit never did it caused my Electric bill to be $600 health code violations pool has been closed over two years only have 1-2 washers and 1 out of 8 dryers working trash all over the property my meter is literally hanging off the wall DO NOT LIVE HERE
