Nothing but helpful and courteous to my family and I. Anytime we've had an issue Stonehaven sent someone who is professional and skilled to fix that issue. As a black Naval veteran, a father, and a husband I just wanted to let you all at Stonehaven know that my family appreciates you!
Several people I know have left countless phone calls. Email on several occasions about property and have gotten no response. Very unprofessional
DO not even bother - especially of your last name is hard to pronounce and of a ethnic decent. They do not return calls, no communication with myself or our agent whose name happens to be of ethnic decent. Poor customer service and very unwilling to communicate
Unprofessional and worthless is what this company and their employees are. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
