I had a broken tooth and was seen the day I called. Everyone was very nice and attentive to my situation. Dr Dang was nice and kind during the procedure. I am returning for future treatment. The whole office is amazing!
I have been to many dental clinics over the years but Stonehaven is my favorite. The providers understand and respect my dental fears and NEVER push me into any procedure. They have real conversations about what is necessary to maintain good dental health! Every step of the way I am informed of what they're doing. The staff talks TO me not AT me. The front office staff is respectful and they seem to speak to each patient as if they are the most important person in the room!
Place will cancel your appointment without notice. I received one phone call and three emails confirming my appointment. I took time off from work to attend my scheduled appointment. Upon check in the receptionist informed me that they moved my appointment. I showed email confirmation of my scheduled appointment. Anyways, they rescheduled me. Wish I knew this prior to leaving work and driving here.
