Had a root canal and two filling replacements done. Dr. Plicka and his staff were polite, professional and straightforward.  After the permanent crown was placed, I realized I’d need more adjustments, and was able to get it in the next day.  As I asked for more adjustments, Dr. Plicka never made me feel like an imposition, and I appreciated his catchphrase, “That’s what we’re here for.”  Thank you, Dr. Plicka and crew for the positive vibes and getting me back to comfortably eating again!

Dishonest practice. After taking my plan into consideration was initially charged $58 for a filling/exam/cleaning/fluoride treatment. I asked if that was the final price for the service and was told yes. But then weeks later was sent an additional bill for $100 with the justification being that they misunderstood the type of plan I had and would now need to pay more. Lost all respect & trust for this franchise & location. Upon learning they work on commission my suspicions were confirmed that they improperly bill their clients for services that aren’t needed! Fillings being the most common. I’ve never had so many apparent fillings until I went here. Interesting how the last filling they stated I needed didn’t even exist when I made an appointment with another provider. No integrity! Totally ripped off my wife! She went in for a routine checkup and cleaning, and they pressured her into a 'deep cleaning' for about $500 and then billed us nearly $900. We've been a customer of Stonehaven Dental for a decade, but will not go back.. hope it was worth it guys.

They were super nice, BUT BE CAREFUL they are not honest, I was sooo surprised of what they did to my family. Specially if you don’t have insurance they will screw you over and say you have more cavities than you actually have! My fiancé went and he doesn’t have insurance they told him he had 7 cavities and so he got their plan they offer and paid $260 he really didn’t believe he had that many cavities so he went to a different dentist and got a second opinion, yup sure enough he only had one cavity. I normally go to the South Jordan office ho are wonderful to work with. But because of COVID my son had to go to the Draper office to get his wisdom done. I paid ahead of time at my office so that my son didn’t have to worry about it. I was told my insurance wouldn’t cover it so they gave me the in-house special. Well my insurance did end up paying $170 but the Draper office says that because they did me a favor during COVID then it is not a credit. I am very disappointed in this office.
