six grand for this place is waaaaaay over priced the kitchen and bathroom had mold the beds were terrible and had bed bugs and the owners took advantage of my friends and i. if you have a choice between and efficiency and this place choose the efficiency! atleast you will be treated with respect and not talked down upon. very bad experience!!!!
