I own newer model F150 With a Ford extended warranty that I have previously brought into service at another dealership. When I Decided to switch dealerships for service Stoneham Ford refused to let me make an appointment They gave some half hearted excuse that Ford wouldn’t cover the work being done if it was close to the same issue needed to be serviced. My recent experience at the Stoneham Ford Quick Lane was great, the valet service that Stoneham Ford provides made the appointment that much better.
Stoneham Ford's complimentary pickup and delivery service is fantastic. They picked up my truck, did an oil change and brought it back to my house very quickly.
Was referred to Bill Pollack by many friends, he was great to deal with. Sat down and ordered the truck in December and Bill coordinated getting a utility body installed all before I picked it up. Drove it home a few days ago! Entire process was super easy, the price was great up front, no need for back and forth. Great service and communication by Bill and Chris, will definitely continue to buy from them.
