I rarely leave negative reviews, if I could give the review less than a star I would, but my experience with Stoneham Ford was far less than satisfactory. I opted not to leave my car there because I left feeling ignored . The service representative was less than helpful and acted like he could care less if I was there or not. I explained my situation and he basically blew me off. He seemed like he had an attitude. He more than unprofessional. Great service, great parts department. John is very helpful, and determined to get what you need.
Very pleasant experience. We found a truck online and went in to check it out.It was exactly as described and within a couple of hours we had test driven it agreed to purchase it. The salesman, Dave, was friendly and professional. The finance guy, Mike, was also friendly and professional. The guy behind the big desk also came over to welcome us . Sorry, forgot his name! Any way, bought it Saturday Went back the following Tuesday to sign the paperwork and drive it home.
