Best place to buy a truck or van hands down. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! Honest and transparent throughout the entire process.
I brought my Explorer in for a 45,000-mile service. I was able to safely drop it off the night before. They contacted me in the morning and confirmed my service request. They made appropriate suggestions due to the age and miles of my car (and they did not try to upsell other options). They asked for my okay before they performed the tasks and I was charged what I was quoted. All in all, it was a very easy and pleasant experience.
Ford is awesome. Some staff members at the Stoneham MA dealership is the best. Giovanni, Fabricio and Nick are phenomenal. They provided the best customer services ever. One person in particular can’t make me unhappy about Ford. This person is behind the screen at the service department, he’s careless, ignorant and stubborn. Beside it, everyone else is great. Also, I’m pretty happy about our 3 Ford cars.
I always use Stoneham ford as they always treat me as a valued customer!! In Quick Lane, the young man "Joe" went the extra mile to resolve an issue that I didn't think could be addressed in Quick Lane!! GREAT service always!!!
