Great doctor! Gets the job done and is very quick with appointments and what needs to be done.
This is a terrible place to entrust yourself or loved ones to. The front desk people are, with one or two exceptions, gruff and unfriendly. The waiting room is packed full, because the aim of this doctor (Stoneham) is to process as many patients as possible, leaving little time for questions or actual care. I was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer in early 2023. Dr Stoneham has been taking care of me now going into my 3rd year. He is amazing. I don’t need a Dr who is warm and fuzzy. I need a Dr who does his job. I am so grateful for him and his staff. He is the best!
I have no words for the unprofessionalism of this practice. My husband is supposed to have a biopsy done. We've left several messages; no call back! Finally the surgical coordinator called two weeks later and had no idea about anything! She said she'd check and call me back. No call back!!! It appears they don't care about their patients! There's no excuse. Now he has to wait longer! I don't like how the Dr. handled my husband's situation also. Do not consider this practice if you know what's good for you!
