RecommendedDefinitely a nice place to live. Apartments looked practically brand new when I first moved in. Maintenance is fast and quick to reply. The office management is probably the nicest people I have ever worked with in regards to apartment management (and management in general). Pool is great and all of the amenities are awesome. Can't beat free parking and 24 hour laundry in the same place. Only con is that it's a bit out of the way (10 minute drive or so/20 minute bike) to campus or downtown. Awesome community, conveniently placed. Quiet, yet still fun to be at. Barbecue areas, pools, and the clubhouse are all really nice. Very happy to be able to call this place home.
Free donuts and cool management abound this place.
