Went over to help my mom move out and parked on the dirt that was grass 4 years ago but ray the “maintenance” guy didn’t maintain it so it turned to weeds and now it doesn’t get ANY vegetation so it’s dirt and a couple rocks. Tell me why he RAN up to me and started yelling at the top of his lungs while me a 22 yo girl by myself calmly and collectively asked him what the issue was when he clearly doesn’t care about it anyways. Great communication, Lisa (management) and Ray (maintenance) have been very helpful with all needs in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this complex.
They have a “handyman” named ray who is performing task beyond his legal ability. Ray admitted to me he does all of the electrical work as well as plumbing in these units. Very dangerous to have someone who is not certified licensed nor bonded performing jobs that could potentially put residents lives at risk.
We really like our place at stone gate village apt they are really roomy and it is in a very quiet area and the management is real friendly and nice. I recommend this place for any family with kids
