Been at the apartments for awhile now. Great availability for 2 to 4 bedroom apartments, management is amazing and super nice and so is maintenance. Communication is really good with things getting done that need it. And the complex is getting a whole new face-lift and is looking great!

Me and my family have lived here since August and we have nothing but good things to say honestly Lisa is very nice we scheduled a viewing for the apartment and moved on with the application the next day it was all very straightforward and easygoing. But my experience here has met up to my expectations when I have a problem I make sure to let her know directly and it is fixed within the same day. Well, I was really hoping to find a place here to live. Scheduled a tour for today at 2pm and Lisa wasn’t there. The maintenance guy found me standing outside and notified me that lisa had left for the day that she hit her 39 hours… he was really nice. Showed me a 3 bedroom and tried to give me as much info as he could. But, I left work early today just to make it to this “tour” before lisa was off at 3.. needless to say this is a poor look on this property and I am going to look elsewhere. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They do not care about their residents. I went months without a hot water heater. They never respond to work orders the grounds are full of weeds that they mow like every 3 months. All they care about is getting their rent. I wrote a check 2 dollars short and the manager text message me non stop but they never respond to work orders. All they want is their rent. I m stuck in a lease but dont even have hot water. My hot water is now warm better than nothing I guess. This is a slum lord. DO NOT MOVE HERE.!! I... read more
