I rent here at 53 Wright Ave in Jersey city. I haven’t been receiving heat for four months they’ve been giving me space heaters To remedy the problem. On my lease it says heat and water is included and they said it was a mistake. I’ve been without electricity in my kitchen for TWO WEEKS, and despite repeatedly calling Stonegate, they have yet to send anyone to fix it. Living without a functioning kitchen is completely unacceptable, and their lack of urgency or basic customer service is beyond frustrating. this is my spam account, but this review is legitimate. As you guys can see, Their reviews are not the best. I wouldn’t rent from these thieves at all every year the rent goes up. 100% slumlords. They never fix anything, expect you to miss out on work for exterminator and unannounced visits and to top it off they sold the building that I have lived in for over 20 years and did NOT transfer my security deposit. This is a terrible company with nothing but farming buildings for rent then selling. Stay away from them!!!!
