This is by far the worst property management company in Cincinnati. Nancy Fey's lack of decorum and professionalism is deplorable. She communicates to homeowners with threatening emails and grammar so illegible it rivals the Epstein Files. She single-handedly creates toxic neighborhoods of tattletales who can no longer trust each other let alone interact. Do not hire this company! It's the fastest way to destroy a half-a-million-dollar home.
The HOA company is a fossil within the HOA industry. The "Manager's" guidance and direction is minimal at best except when sending out violation letters and hiding out in the property.
