Horrible experience renting upper unit of duplex. Water leaks and instead of fixing them they decided to evict me??? First, claiming I bother other tenants - but never any complaints made??? When I refused to sign N11 to voluntarily leave, they turned off heat (in March/April) for 19 days!!! Then claimed furnace filter needed replacement to fix ??? Hot water throughout apartment and all water to tub/shower turned off for 6 days - had to call City bylaw to force it turned on. Both doors have duplicate keys in combination boxe... read more
This building is infested with cockroaches, the afghan restaurant is extremely gross and is the cause of the cockroaches, parking is a nightmare and people in the parking lot are doing coke or drinking with open alcohol and people are dumping stuff illegally in the dumpsters, And they only have one parking spot for people with disabilities!
